Terms & Condition

These Payment Terms & Conditions apply to all transactions made for participation, registration, ticketing, and purchases related to Karigar Bazaar, an initiative by Craft & Artisan Revival LLP. By making a payment, you agree to the following terms: 

1.⁠ ⁠Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payments via:

  • UPI (e.g., Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm)
  • Credit/Debit Cards
  • Net Banking
  • Bank Transfers
  • Cash (for offline purchases at the event)
  • QR Code-based digital payments

2.⁠ ⁠Event Tickets / Registrations

  • All tickets and registrations are subject to availability and confirmation upon successful payment.
  • Tickets once issued are non-transferable and non-refundable, unless the event is cancelled by the organizer.
  • Please carry a digital or printed copy of your ticket/confirmation email to gain entry.

3.⁠ ⁠Stall Bookings (For Artisans/Vendors)

  • Stall bookings are confirmed only after full payment.
  • Partial payments are accepted only under specific written agreement.
  • No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 10 days before the event start date.
  • In case the event is postponed or cancelled by the organizers, stall fees will be refunded or adjusted as per the artisan’s preference.
4.⁠ ⁠Product Purchases (Crafts, Artworks, etc.)
  • Payments for products (online or offline) must be made in full before delivery.
  • Any delivery charges will be clearly mentioned before checkout.
  • In case of any defective or damaged item, a replacement or refund will be processed as per our return policy (see Return/Refund section).

5.⁠ ⁠Refunds & Cancellations

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
  • Karigar Bazaar reserves the right to decline refund requests in case of violation of any of these terms.
  • Service charges or payment gateway fees (if any) are non-refundable.

6.⁠ ⁠Payment Disputes

  • For any payment-related issues, kindly email us at info@karigarbazaar.com with transaction details.
  • We will investigate and respond within 5 business days.

7.⁠ ⁠Taxes & Invoices

  • All prices are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
  • Tax invoices will be provided on request for ticketing, stall booking, or large purchases.

8.⁠ ⁠Modifications

Karigar Bazaar reserves the right to modify or update these payment terms at any time. The updated terms will be posted on our official channels.
